Kerrie will be representing Great Britain at the AWPC world championships this weekend competing in the deadlift. If there was a prize for most improved competitor during the crossfit open, it would most certainly go to Toni. She has also competed at Rainhills over the weekend and did exceptionally well. The amount of improvement over the last 12 months has been awesome. She’s picked up niggles here and there but has worked hard with both Warrior Programming and us to keep progressing. Good luck and congrats to this absolute man mountain legend that is Dan Cave. Dan sustained a rupture of his proximal long head of biceps tendon 5 weeks ago. Today he competes at The National 105kg Strongman Comp.
Soon after his injury, we sought the advice from our world renowned shoulder specialists down in Manchester. The decision was made not to repair it.
With the intense guidance of Jack Lovett from Spartan Performance, and our team at Activate Physiotherapy, Dan has ...progressively rehabbed his arm in order to compete this morning.

So this (not so little anymore) legend has made it to the performance squad at @newcastleswimteam who are the most successful swim club in the North East. No short cuts here. @robbiewright9 has trained hard to achieve this, exercising professionalism and determination even with injuries. Just loads of hard graft from all these athletes from silly O'clock in the morning til late. A special mention to the parents who sacrifice sleep (from 5am) to make this happen. Well done Robbie! We're all very super proud of you.

I went to see SJ for a movement assessment and haven’t looked back. I have followed everything that he has given me, and the benefits have been amazing. I am moving more freely, and feel more stable than before. Best physio I have been to in a long time.

Have had the pleasure of having appointments with both SJ and Andy Thirwell, both of whom have also been helping rehab my girlfriends ankle. Andy has really helped me overcome ongoing injuries I pick up training BJJ and continues to do so. My experience has been nothing but positive, I can definitely say 100% that you are in the hands of knowledgeable, competent professionals who will go above and beyond to help with your needs.
