What an incredible place! Perfect for giving the kids an experience they’ll never forget and equally just for having fun with your friends. The installations and customer service couldn’t have been better and I would recommend this to absolutely anyone. Will definitely be back soon!

We had my daughters 6th birthday party there last weekend and I just wanted to say how wonderfully accommodating all the staff were. They were so helpful and flexible (given that I had a couple of last minute changes for numbers and dietary requirements on the day). All the kids and their adults seemed to have a great time and I would definitely recommend this place for a fun and very active party! Thank you so much Activate.����



Just one recommendation.....the coffee was awful! Maybe invest in a decent coffee machine or consider a Costa/Starbucks concessional. I’m sure in the long run it would pay off as I’m sure the adults would be happy to pay extra for a decent hot drink. �

I took a group of Brownies and Guides this evening and Charlotte, Lucy, Richard and Jordan were awesome. The place is an amazing one and we had such fun....definitely will be coming back!! Brown Owl � in Poole

I originally came here with my younger brother for a birthday party with his friends (he likes to pretend he’s still a young and carefree child and so do I) and I must say, massively impressed with this place! The staff are attentive, helpful and present a great vibe for the kids, happy to say there was never a dull moment! The trampolines were fab, everyone enjoyed it. Even our 65 year old grandmother who came with had a go! Company also provided food and balloons. Would come back again!

Came today with my 2 boys. My 12 year old had been before with a friend and wanted to return with his 9 year old brother. As soon as we walked in my youngest found it too noisy and busy and refused to do anything! A staff member came over, i think called Gemma, and couldn't do enough for us. She let me go over to the trampolines with him, provided me with socks and made us feel really comfortable. My son was still unsure so we went and sat down for a while. Gemma came back over and said she would send me a ticket so we could return another day when it was quieter. After 45 mins, my son decided to try a trampoline that was quiet... and LOVED it! Gemma came over and was so kind, she told me to keep the ticket as he hasn't had long on them. What a lovely, understanding, valuable member of staff!

Brilliant escape room and mini golf- went with the family and am so glad I found this place! The staff were charming and very helpful and the escape room was one of the best I've ever been to!

Min height not stated when buying the tickets very hot but in this weather it's going to be and water should be free to hand and regular expensive cafe as usual lol but my son loved it xx

Lots of fun for kids or big kids like me jumping around on all the different trampolines and areas! I particularly enjoyed the ninja assault course! The cafe is good for refreshments when you've tired yourself out with all the bouncing.

Had my nephews birthday day out here, fantastic day. My little boy wanted to come back yesterday for his birthday day out because we had such a good day for his cousins day out.... Another brilliant successful no injury day out but......... Jesus it was just soooooooooooo hot..... Too hot and so unnecessary too..!! Hotter indoors than out...... Please please please spend some pounds on getting air conditioning fitted....!!! Yes I know its a lot of pounds too..!! Poor staff absolutely sweating, poor public sweating more than they should've been.... Surprised no one collapsed through heat exhaustion especially the cafe staff upstairs..... Come on Activate put your hands in your big budget and make this a top place to come all year round....... Please.!! � Wonderful lovely staff too so you're over half way there to a successful busy business.... x

Great place to take the children, but it’s good fun for the whole family!! Reasonably priced, only thing I would change is lower the price of the socks 🧦 and climbing gloves 🧤 as they are an extra £2 per item per child 🧒

Trampoline is fabulous and clean and Good observation of staff on the childeren.

Parking is great. Website Booking is great,and user friendly.



Unfortunately They missed the opportunity of not enough seating plans For watching parents. Put a long bar along the balcony area with bar stools For parents & grand parents to watch only & order drink & Food, as Lots standing up to wait For available Seat while kids play and parents think They can keep empty Seats free. Activate Miss opportunity For the standing parents & grand parents not to eat Or drink. Staff behind drink & Food not organised, when Busy 1 staff clearing & cleaning tables and serving food, 1 Washing up, 1 stock up Food, 1 toastie machine, 2 cash machine, 1 For drinks. Area For improvement.

Loos can be checked regular For Loo Rolls and a sink whipe.

My son (10) liked it but for me sitting upstairs was not comfy for two hours and it was unbelieveably hot. His friend gave up after an hour because of the heat, its only April.

It was very fun and I really enjoyed it, however it was very hot in there and quite busy. I suggest taking big bottle of water and grabbing a table in the cafe area.

I liked coming in here with my other children while my daughter went to gymnastics over the road , now this argument with parents of gymstars using the car park and not letting them, currently locking their car park so no patrons can park in the car park is rediculous !! The amount of money I spend in here and other parents while their other children are in gym will be a loss to this company ... I don’t understand why it has resorted to this but I am highly disappointed and I don’t know if I want to spend my money in there again if I’m not even allowed to park in their car park !!!!

Shame that the bad customer service puts too many people off going to Activate as it is a fun place for kids. Having a birthday party there is one of the worst experiences you can have. �

Looks like lovely facilities, video safety training and all. However, after several visits I can confirm: the place is very badly managed and poorly run. Staff training is inadequate and can present safety risks for your little ones.

During last visit my daughter jumped onto a cushion, to be immediately jumped on by a much bigger boy and got really hurt. The member of staff who was supposed to control the flow of people and allowed that boy to jump off too early, did not say a word! And kept chatting away with his mate.

Food is terrible. Very poor choices. Plus, it takes forever to get a cup of tea or pay.



The place is not air conditioned! Be warned on these hot days. And in the winter they allow too many people in and it’s physically impossible to jump.



And I also used to come here for a cup of coffee and a sandwich and do some work in their cafe whilst waiting for my daughter at Gymstars across the road. However, now they don’t allow anyone to park in there - even paying cafe customers. It’s a loss of profit but they don’t seem to care. Very unfriendly toward the neighbors at Gymstars.

And for all those reasons it’s not a place worth visiting at all.

Have been here before and had a great time, but today it was too busy. Surely there must be a maximum no of people allowed in? There were no spare trampolines in the main area, and my children were queuing for the other areas for ages. I expected it to be busy, but for price you pay I expected my children to still be able to have a reasonable time/go on each thing, even at max capacity. They were extremely disappointed, and very bored by the end, just waiting around.
