Active Birth Centre

We are the original pioneers and founders of pregnancy yoga and active birth teaching and the use of complementary therapies in the childbearing years. We are also a centre of excellence for training.

We offer a unique programme of classes and courses to inform and empower you during the months of your pregnancy and to prepare you effectively for birth and parenthood. 'Pregnancy Yoga' is at the heart of our approach and are for women only. We suggest you start by joining one of these ongoing classes and choose the additional workshops or courses you want to attend either on your own or with a partner.
