What a fabulous event last Sunday at the Cadence Events Under the Posts 5 miler. ⭐️ Always lovely to meet new people and catch up with old friends. We also raised £85 for Wiltshire Air Ambulance! ⭐️ See us all this year at all the Cadence Events races as we partner them for a second year running. And they’re off!

Yesterday Sam competed in the British Powerlifting Qualifer at Swindon Barbell Club . With a combined total of 297.5kg over squat, bench and deadlift. The video shows her 115kg PB squat! Strength is an important part of maintaining fitness and at APT we appear to take that quite seriously!

One of the best things about coming to see a clinic of therapists is that we constantly learn from each other and share skills. It enables our therapist to update their knowledge, challenge each other with ideas and share experiences.

Last month we went to the Wiltshire Air Ambulance to deliver treatments to the staff and they had wonderful things to say about us!

This week we have our second work experience student of the year, Megan from Abbeyfield School. She is doing a great job supporting the clinic and learning how business works. So important to help our youngsters learn the value of small businesses within the community.

Last night Sam was honoured to be invited along to the dinner celebrating an elite group she has been asked to join. The 'South West Insider 42 under 42' attempts to predict the major entrepreneurs of the future based on the fact that most have made it by 52 years old! A room full to the brim with budding talent meant that Sam had to wear something not made of lycra and attempt to not turn up a sweaty mess to the Bristol Harbourside Hotel where is was held. Thank you to Business Insider for the invite and for choosing Sam. Let's hope she rises to the challenge!
