Actively Promoting Change are a local, family run business providing high quality transitional group living or outreach care and support to older children and vulnerable adults. We provide care and support to older children and adults, including those with Mental Health needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and those on the Autism Spectrum. We have established ourselves as a respected provider of high-quality services across all areas of Liverpool, Wirral and Cheshire. We are passionate about increasing the independent living skills of our clients. Our individual support plans provide our clients with more choice and control over their own lives, enabling them to live as independently as possible. Actively Promoting Change are a CQC registered care provider and a Placements Northwest Support and Independent Living Services provider.
