The ULTIMATE strength and conditioning clinic for horse and rider is coming to Acton Hall!
Phoebe Powell - 4* event rider and producer of many young horses successfully through the ranks of both Eventing and show jumping onto the World Class equine pathway will work with you to get you and your horse working correctly and confidently through grid work exercises to gain straightness and technique both between and over fences (poles if preferred). With a 30 minute focus lesson..., the aim will be correcting the rider in the saddle and tweaking the way the horse is working to be able to strengthen the muscles correctly over time.
Following on from the lesson you will have a 15 minute break to untack, have a drink and relax before a 30 minute clinic with Abi:
Abi Pearce - Chartered Physiotherapist - will assess for any weaknesses that the rider displays and provide a strength and conditioning programme including individualised modified Pilates exercises. There will also be the option for any pain related issues to be addressed through soft tissue massage, manipulation, ultrasound or taping treatments.

Pole Work is incredibly beneficial for both you and your horse helping with Rhythm, Balance and Suppleness of both horse and rider.
EmmaŌĆÖs lessons are always fun, interactive and are tailored to yours and your horses needs. Emma herself is a National Champion, trainee judge, has trained to Grand Prix, competed to PSG with her previous horse and has trained ...several horses to regional and national level. She has trained with many of the top international Dressage riders including Dr Dianne Breeze, Matt Frost and Sir Lee Pearson! Her clients are currently competing from Novice to Advanced winning consistently to regional level! Beautiful arenas, large & well maintained fields, consistency in horse care - the list goes on. The management is professional, caring and well thought out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend our yard!

My elderly pony has a number of medical conditions and needs careful management, he's on full livery, and the staff are kind, knowledgeable and he loves his life at Acton Hall. I can't thank them enough!

Luto and I have been at Acton for nearly 2 years now - and we have both improved as a result. Gina and Dan and all the Girls are fantastic - experienced and lovely people. The horses really do come first. The yard is stunning and the facilities are amazing. You couldn't ask for more. It's home for Luto and a safe place for me. xx

Everyone here is really friendly and we are one big happy family. Wouldn't have my boy anywhere else.

I've kept horses at Acton for over 8 years and there's a reason for that! Yards like this are hard to find, amazing facilities, both on yard and local hacking/forest riding, lovely people and a fantastic professional team on hand at all times.

I've had my horse at Acton Hall for nearly 8 years and have always found the care second to none. The facilities are excellent and it is located close to over 1000 acres of woodland meaning off road hacking is possible every day. The staff are knowledgable, caring, experienced and Gina always does her best to accommodate each livery and their horses individuals needs. Despite being a large yard, we are lucky to feel like a big family and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for first class horse care in a fantastic location.

I was at Acton hall for a short time last year. Very friendly and non bitchy yard with excellent facilities and lovely people.

Although I was on DIY my horses were always checked by the staff and would help with the odd jobs I needed doing. All the part/ full livery horses are looked after so well and the staff are always quick to notice any shoes missing/ other issues! Indoor is a lifesaver in the winter, the surfaces are second to none and I loved the off road forest hacking.

A really friendly yard both from other liveries and staff made me feel very welcome fantastic care for the horses always there to offer advice and help when needed, the facilities are amazing and added bonus the hacking is fab too highly recommend and well worth the wait on the waiting list

I have only been at Acton since June. but in that time I have always been made very welcome and the team have been absolutely brilliant. Fantastic facilities and care. It's the very best yard I have ever kept my horse at. Thanks Acton Hall.

Fantastic and I often ride by myself and feel completely safe out on the lanes and in the woods. You even get to know all the neighbours from the yard to the entrance to the woods! A lovely yard of horses and owners and everyone looks out for one another, just how it should be. There are riders of all abilities yet everyone supports each other in whatever they do or manage to achieve with their horse :)

I have been at Acton Hall Equestrian Centre for 11 years. It is a fantastic livery yard with excellent facilities. It is run by an experienced and knowledgeable team who always provide the highest standard of care for the horses and support for the owners! It is situated in a great location with extensive off road hacking on the door step. Highly recommended.

I am so pleased with the quality of care at Acton. It is a fabulous yard with very friendly people. My mare settled very quickly and we have thoroughly enjoyed the amazing hacking!

The yard is extremely well run and organised and the staff are very attentive!
