Actuation Partners is a brand consulting firm, targeted at primarily 2 groups; Industrial /B2B brands and their owners or licensees, and Luxury or Accessible Luxury brands and their owners or licensees. Early stage and Start-Up businesses are of considerable interest. Brands are viewed as personalities with which the target groups are sharing a relationship. The qualities of this relationship are as valuable as the brand designed features. The business is not simply research it is an evaluative and interpretative activity as well. The techniques are primarily qualitative; executive interviewing, focus groups, Kelly constructs, and some projective technique. Concepts used include; Learning, Motivation, Involvement, Information Search and Processing, Central and Peripheral routes to persuasion. We work with clients to build resilient marketing strategies through a profound understanding of the consumers and customers.
