Well it's been a great few months ! Here are some pictures of the teaching work I do in Leeds for the medical students ! Teaching them all about acupuncture and how it can help there future patients. It always goes down well and this year they where a great group. We all agreed that acupuncture should be used more for patient's with chronic painful conditions, to help take the pressure of the NHS. Recent evidence shows acupuncture is more effective than placebo in the treatme...nt of chronic pain so it should be utilised more to avoid over prescription, repeat appointments and missed days from work. These GPS could really see how effective the acupuncture was from the three days of teaching and most of them were wanting to go on to train themselves. My aim is to bridge the gap and work together with the NHS to offer more relief to patients in need. Top bloke, really welcoming and friendly atmosphere and brilliant at his job

I went to see Alex with back pain related to stress. Within the hour I had no pain and he even helped fix a couple of other long term issues. It's been a couple of days now and I am still pain free. He made me feel very comfortable and is just amazing at his job. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I was suffering with lower back pain for about 3 weeks. The pain was a constant 7/10. So I spoke to Alex and he explained the reason why I was in pain. After one treatment with Alex he reduced my pain to a 1/10 almost to 0. And I'm still pretty much pain free after 3 weeks of just one treatment.

Not only does Alex know exactly what he is talking about, he is very professional and friendly. But the biggest difference between him and others in his field is that he genuinely cares!

I honestly cannot recommend Alex enough; his holistic approach has worked wonders for my tennis elbow and shoulder problems. Alex is professional, personable and his knowledge of Chinese Medicine (and his willingness to share it during the treatment) is incredibly impressive.

I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck which have lead to me having bouts of headaches and dizziness.

Alex used a combination of Tui Na and Fire Cupping on the effected areas. Not only has my pain been reduced but my mobility has increased too!

He also did some acupuncture and moxibustion for my IBS which almost instantly reduced my pain and discomfort and is reducing my bloating.

Had a great treatment with Alex for my sore shoulder, he also helped treat me for stress felt amazing when I left!
