We are a small company that specialise in the manufacture, installation of metal railings, gates, installation and maintenance of security systems for Local Authority clients in and around London.
We are based in a rural location with no public transport link so having own vehicle is essential.
We are looking for a Full Time Administrator who is computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Having previous experience of working in a busy and demandi...ng role, you will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills along with the ability to work under pressure and be confident to communicate with internal and external clients as necessary.
Your role requires you to input new service jobs received via e-mail into our database and allocate them to the relevant Engineers based on location and type of call-out. Excellent communication with our Engineers and members of the public on the phone will also be required.
In return we offer a competitive package, including benefits of 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a contributory pension scheme (after completing qualifying period).
