We design, supply, install, and maintain all Mechanical Engineering, Utility Services, and Renewable Energy needs. Whenever our 24 hour manned call centre's in Finsbury, London or Shotgate, Essex are contacted, our helpful staff are able to deal with any enquiry quickly and efficiently. An Engineer can usually be at a property or facility within the hour if required, alternatively a booking will be made to suit the customers' time schedule. Our work schedule ranges from completing a single Landlord /Home-owner Gas Appliance Safety Record (CP12) for a domestic property to 24 hour reactive maintenance for multiple Letting Agents to annual Servicing of Mechanical Plant at some of the largest Hotels, Office Blocks, and Sports /Fitness Facilities in the South East.
