Left my car to be repaired. After 4 days having not heard from them, I went back to find my car at the back of the premises, covered in bird poo which causes paint damage. The reception lady couldn't find any record of my car and was very abrupt regarding the state of my car, but said she would get someone to contact me and let me know what the situation was. I was then informed, very rudely that since I was upset, I should remove my car from the premises immediately!

Husband took his van for a special valet and was told it would take an hour and half and would cost £30. When he picked it up they hadn't clean the back of the van, the door sills, the roof and didn't dress the front bumper.

Got 4 new tyres from Anthony. Reasonable price good quality and good service

I got a flat tyre at work and they came to collect my wheel and put my spare on for me. Not only that despite the fact they could of charged me for a new tyre they managed to repair it for me for only £15.00. I will always use them in future.
