I am a commercial and creative designer who loves full end-to-end product lifecycle process of bringing a product from design concept to market. As a supportive and collaborative team member, I enjoy developing the teams I work with, both creatively and personally. I relish bringing people on a journey and helping my team and colleagues see the vision of what we need to achieve. I thrive on developing product ranges with the bigger picture in mind - looking at future trends and building narratives, unique points of view and being in-tune and sympathetic to a brands DNA, while basing this in strong strategic research to drive newness and being customer centric. Working with suppliers and factories, I build upon my product knowledge to develop relationships that play to the strength of the supply base to design best in market products. With experience working collaboratively with a wide range of diverse business functions, I am looking to bring my rich and unique experience to my next role.
