DEPOSIT PROCESS!
After careful consideration as to whether or not to take deposits I have decided to enforce the following going forward.
For every £200.00 that the job value is a £30.00 deposit will be taken, so if it’s £400.00 it shall be £60.00, £600.00 it’s shall be £90.00 and so on.......
... A receipt shall be given and the deposit amount taken off the bill upon completion of the job. The deposit is fully refundable if the job is cancelled before 14 days of the start date, this allows me at least two weeks to try and fill the gap. An amount of time I have deemed satisfactory to be able to pick up a replacement. Should the job be cancelled 14 days or less from the scheduled start date it becomes NON refundable and more than likely will get spent on advertising/marketing for the dates that are free.
This is happening basically to secure the job in my diary, to cover some of the cost of any materials purchased up front as well as to try and prevent last minute cancellations leaving me without work for that week.
This rule applies to both new and returning customers from now on. I’ve had three job bookings this week all of them having no issues paying a deposit, I thank everyone for their understanding and co operation!

Adam has just decorated my hallway. Even though I was at work when he was here, he made sure I was up to date on what was happening and made sure that I liked everything at each stage.
