Add People - Digital Marketing

It was a cracking day in the office yesterday - quite literally! We were lucky enough to have a visit from Ed Madeley Osteopathic Physician & Personal Trainer, a local Osteopath, who came in to discuss how we can improve our posture at our desks and give some of the Add People team a cracking!

As Soccer Aid is just around the corner, we decided to arrange our own version of the match in order to help raise money for Unicef. We kicked off the game on Wednesday at the local football ground, and the teams played brilliantly – even in the pouring rain! There was a great show of sportsmanship, with joint man of that match for Rowan and Harry. When the final donation count is in, we’re hoping to have raised £80 in donations! Well done the Rhys’ team for winning and we look forward to the next sporting match!

We've been celebrating Easter throughout the week here at Add People! From an egg-cellent bake sale raising money for CAFT, an easter egg hunt and a VERY competitive egg decorating competition, it's been a week full of egg-citing activities.

We flew over to Dublin again this week to visit the Microsoft head offices for an exciting two days at their Discovery Days event.
It was great to listen to and be part of discussions relating to advertising trends, inclusive marketing and innovation.

Although it's not St Patrick's day until Sunday, we started the celebrations early in the Add People office's today! ☘️
With Irish coffees and Baileys for staff, some of the team came into work today in full swing to celebrate - we can confirm there was, in fact, a three-leaf clover shaved into the head of one of our PPC Account Managers!

Last week was an exciting one, with a few of our Add People PPC and E-commerce team flying over to Dublin to meet with the team from Bing!
It was a great day, with everyone sharing strategies and ways to grow through the use of Bing campaigns. It also gave our Technical team the opportunity to work with the Bing Technical team on new and better ways to track customer behaviour and create better-remarketing audiences with Bing.
From the trip, we hope to implement some great changes - we're excited for what's to come!

Last Friday, we held our annual Company Update & Awards Ceremony at our local cinema. The Directors and Managers at Add People discussed in the film what was achieved in 2018, and their big plans for 2019! It was a great event, with the Add People team enjoying a couple of drinks whilst watching the film.
We also held our awards ceremony, which recognised the hard work of Add People individuals. Well done to everyone who was nominated, and congratulations to those who won! We're already looking forward to the next company update and to a great 2019!

It's been an exciting day for Suraj and Josh who headed down to London today to speak at the #GetNoticed event with American Express, sharing mistakes for businesses to avoid when using Google Ads and tips to get ahead!

And our project is complete! 👏🏻 With a little help from some of the Add People team, Joe has completed our wall of history - from the very beginning back in 2002, this wall highlights some of Add People’s biggest moments! 🎉
