It has 5 niche remits: •Disaster Relief if a farm is severely impacted by inclement weather or certain disease outbreaks. •Retirement Homes for retiring farmers. •Affordable Houses for farming families who want to stay in their chosen rural location. •Farmworker Grants for active or retired farm workers on a low income, in England. •Young Entrants Scheme.
