// DAY 4 // 2019 //
It's the end of the week... so I'm winding down to relax now.
It was a busy last 10 days with meetings, travel, jet-lag and getting back into the swing of things.
... I had a lot of time at the airport hanging around and on the long flight... and I thought of various invisible F.O.R.C.E.S that can affect ones business and personal life.
I've scribbled it out (using an acronym) on my flip-board to try explaining these SIX items...
➡️ F. IGHTING (desires, demons, vices, negativity, addictions [internal]) -- We're ALL battling internal issues. Knowing and identifying them will help be you aware and breaking through to positive solutions, or at least defend yourself against them.
➡️ O.BSTACLES (life, challenges, business, job, knowledge [external]) -- These are all around us, and everyone has them and you need to deal with these as and when they occur.
➡️ R.ELATIONSHIPS (family, parents, partner, children) -- Unresolved problems in this area can affect your business life, not just your personal. Fix them.
➡️ C.ASH FLOW (money, sales, leads, clients) -- Positive cash flow is super important to a successful business. It takes money to make money. Work on income producing activities first over long term projects.
➡️ E.NVIRONMENT (positive, negative, energy, people) -- People and places. Be careful and mindful where and who you hang out with, as well as where and who you work with.
➡️ S.HINY OBJECT (greener grass, always jumping) -- We're all guilty of this. They call it 'shiny object syndrome'. Stick with one business model, see it through, don't jump to something new every week. This doesn't just affect newbies but people at all levels including me.

Got up at 8AM, that's 15 hours now at the office straight, (other than the 2 hours out I took getting some food and coffee at Starbucks...) it's been a LONG day.
I actually got back from an international ✈️ trip last Saturday, and I've still got jet-lag... but it was the first time 'off' since I launched (in November) and it was non-stop GRIND during that time. I'll tell you straight up it WASN'T easy at all.
... My mission this week is to 'clear' all my left over tasks from December before I can go ALL IN from next Monday. (Having a GREAT January full of momentum & FORWARD progress is KEY to an amazing Year.)
➡️ I wont be able to start on Project codename "PZ" until I'm mentally all clear and caught up with previous pending items.

80% of the day was spent going clearing & responding to 100+ emails that have accumulated over the last two weeks... it's a mixture of support, adminstrative and personal items that I can't just outsource as they need my attention, and it's very time consuming. [I'm falling asleep as I type this in fact 😴.]
I have also just expanded my office, and got a new set installed so I've been busy getting new furniture in place and supervising the workmen who just left an hour ago.
It doesn't sound like a lot of work but the day has all gone doing this stuff ⏱.
👨‍🏫 The FORMULA for success, is simple...
Take daily action - however LITTLE - and eventually... those small steps turn into something MASSIVE!
