Adesso Training & Development Description
A'desso Training & Development Ltd was established in May 2010 to provide staff training and support to develop the workforce predominantly in the North West of England. It's Services Director has been involved in Social Care since 1992 and has successfully supervised and managed in Childrens and Young Peoples Residential Care, Pre-school Services, Leaving Care and Children with a Disability Services. He has acquired his skills and expertise through his employment with Local Government, National Charities and the Independent Care Sector, and also with his experiences of being a Community School Governor and Mencap member.
The success of any working relationship between A’desso and yourself will be demonstrated through a commitment to key areas of responsibility which supports transparency, flexibility, positivity and honesty, with the assurance to support activity and skills for lifelong learning through productive involvement by all parties.
An original Learning and Development Programme will outline your training opportunities available with it's content and learning outcomes designed to ensure that there is a successful, supportive and empowered workforce that retains both confidence and competency within their roles. It is envisaged that these learning outcomes will encompass induction, supervision, annual appraisal, individual personal development plans (PDP) and meeting the anticipated needs of a remodeled workforce by Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
