Adgestone Camping And Caravanning Club Site

A great site with good helpful staff. Enjoyable early season. Plenty of space. 30 minutes walk to Sandown.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a ready camp. The ready camp was my first experience and it was really good with all facilities such as fridge, microwave, ring hob, dining table , chairs etc. 6 people can stay comfortably in this ready camp. room heater is a nice plus in this ready camp where we can turn on the heat during the night times where we will feel cold. The campsite owner/manager was really kind and explained things well. The site is having a good serene atmosphere. Near by the campsite there is a adgestone vineyard which is a popular tourist place.

Nice site , facilities clean & well laid out. Good location for local beaches & attractions. Some of the staff's attitude quite arrogant & impatient. No flexibility in accommodating ferry port times. Locked in the site over night between 11pm & 7am dread to think what would happen if there was an emergency in the night. An investment of a automated barrier is a must & would improve ease of use.

Beautifully maintained campsite, we glamped here with ready made up tents, beds and equipment required to make for a very comfy camping experience!
We arrived just before the isle of Wight schools had broken up and were impressed with the amount of room allowed for each tent, by mid week this situation had changed with tents and caravans parked nose to nose. Needless to say we preferred the quieter start to the week but you can't have it all!
