Adjust Massage

Great Swedish massage. I'm very stressed and tensed so I might pick something more adapted to my needs next time as recommended by the massage therapist.
The COVID measures were taken seriously by the business and the massage therapist always made sure I wouldn't get too cold as the windows were open.
The only thing I'd change is the music. I'm used to relaxing music when getting a massage and also some nice, relaxing scents but with open windows that's harder to achieve. The day I was there the radio was on so not the nicest of sounds.

I saw Megan for a deep tissue massage and she was great! Explained and talked me through it all regarding the areas she was targeting, and I felt comfortable with her. Covid measures were taken as well. Will definitely be visiting again.

Jack was excellent. He diagnosed and treated the affected muscle in one session. I could feel the difference almost straightaway. The spasm was gone immediately. Felt slightly bruised which again gone in less than 24 hours. Very professional and excellent listener. I will definitely book another appointment to keep on the top of my stress-induced spasm.

Excellent, this is the first time I have visited Adjust Massage. I have suffered for over 6 years with a shoulder issue. I dealt with James and from arrival he made me feel comfortable, listened to what I had to say and made a professional assessment. He explained the area he believed I had trouble and then explained how he intended to deal with it. After our chat he then proceeded to work on my should using multiple methods like massage and acupuncture to relieve the pain I had. I think it was great that he was versatile and used different things to help me, as previous experiences of other places don't give such an in depth and personal approach. I felt that he really wanted to help me, and wasn't there just to sell me another appointment. Since my visit I can confidently say my condition I have lived with for 6 years has pretty much disappeared allowing me to enjoy the gym once more. I would recommend James and Adjust Massage to anybody who is requiring a specialised and personal treatment. Well done James and thank you again.
