Today is National ‘I forgot’ day... we are ALL guilty of forgetting something - tell us what yours is 💭 (Nichola is great at forgetting her phone after work & panicking as soon as we leave the practice)

Wonderful service!

Our little girl has just turned 3 and needed her first pair of glasses. We were particularly anxious as she also wears a hearing aid & were worried how she would cope with glasses as well.

ALL the staff were wonderfully kind to Scarlett, supportive to us & did everything they could to make it a positive experience.

We were particularly delighted to learn that staff have recently attended a training course to learn about children with additional needs..... Our daughter has Down syndrome & this extra level of understanding about her condition as well as the correct language to use when referring to her diagnosis made our experience even better .... we really felt like they cared about our family.

What a pleasant experience in clean tidy comfortable surroundings. They staff were very friendly and helpful whilst not being overbearing. I have had poor eyesight from birth until 2005 when I had laser eye surgery but now I need help with close work reading and night driving. I went there on hearing how through they are and also on recommendations from three acquaintances. I was however told that they are expensive so I was amazed to find the total opposite. Bought 2 sets of glasses plus my husbands for a very good price. They also have a great selection of frames to suit any budget. Will use this practice from now on.

Went to A&C after being recommended by a friend locally and having been served by another local optician, plus visiting a few others. Adlam & Coomber were absolutely first class from start to finish! They put others to shame with the professionalism and level of effort they put in from the initial appointment, through my eye test and prescription to fitting and after-care. I now have a set of fabulous Oakley spectacles (that they had to source for me) and I wouldn't go anywhere else. My family are all on board as well now too!

Very pleased with my eye checkup today, there was no problem's, the staff was very helpful as always, I always feel comfortable going to Adlam & Comber, would not go anywhere else...

Thanks for your excellent customer service on our recent visit. Coming in with two small children can be daunting but the optometrist was brilliant with both children (aged 3 and 5) and the reception staff are lovely and very helpful. I've never had such a thorough eye test and will be coming back!

Saw Lee Thomas last week for annual contact lens check up, he is always very thorough and professional, the staff at the practice are welcoming, helpful and friendly would definitely recommend this practice. Many thanks

I have spent a lot of time here over the last 6 weeks or so getting myself kitted out with ortho-k lenses. The service has been second to none and Charlotte has gone above and beyond to fit in my follow up appointments around my commitments. I wouldn’t have tried these lenses anywhere else. Can’t recommend them enough. They’re fantastic with the kids too. We wouldn’t go anywhere else �

I don't normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the customer service that I felt I needed to. I would highly recommend Adlam and Coomber. I saw Lee Thomas yesterday about an issue I was having with my eye, he was so kind and reassuring, he couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you so much!

First appointment for many years for eye check up yesterday, today another test and ordered my new glasses. What an amazing place, I have not had such helpful and friendly service like this for many years, will definitely recommend.

Excellent service, called up to jump into a cancelled slot. Full eye test and picked up on a possible cholesterol issue. Glad I went 🤓

Best opticians by far in St Neots, all the staff are just so friendly and helpful and they all have so much knowledge. I struggled adjusting to some new contact lenses and Anna spent a good hour with me patiently talking me through and helping me. Every time me and my girls visit nothing is too much trouble and with a four year old who regularly needs her glasses adjusted this is great.

12 years to find a decent optometrist who listens and advises but doesn't necessarily sell "unless you want a change of fashion". Introduced my wife and they saved the sight in both eyes. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience, really pleasantly surprised. I'm not a fan of opticians but this had been by far the best experience I've ever had.
