Admirals Club - London Heathrow

this is the best upgrade of aa lounges���they finally got the food right after years of boring pasta & dull sandwiches! they have super healthy choices great vegetable choices along with a menu. best of all soby the first class server is ready to spoil you!! he's so efficient and friendly and knows how to please everyone!! a lovely meal before a flight is such a treat and a brilliant idea! very practical so my kitchen stays spotless!! it's a very nice experience indeed��

We recently had the opportunity to access the Admirals Club First Class lounge. We were immediately offered a glass of champagne and greeted with a smile. After finding a seat, we were brought a menu with a selection of food cooked to order. We declined the food due to just arriving from a previous flight and being full. While waiting Soby (Staff member) brought us cookies and offered coffee drinks. During the stay Soby frequently passed by to ensure we were completely satisfied, and had everything we needed. Soby ensured we knew how to get to our gate, and gave us info on the perfect time to leave in order to walk straight on the plane. The lounge had many great amenities, but the service offered by Soby far exceeded my expectations of what a lounge should be.

We had the greatest experience in the Admirals Club Heathrow! Our server, Soby, in the first class lounge was first class all the way! He made sure that we had everything we needed! His wine selection for our meal was excellent! We are so appreciative of the way he treated us! Can't wait to see him in two weeks!

This club is a hidden gem for sure. Best lounge I have had access to in a while. First and foremost, BRAVO to American Airlines for employing incredible staff i.e. Soby Jose in their First Class Lounge! An incredibly quality employee and he was so so passionate about the airline and the service. Aside from all that free flowing champagne, classic healthy food, buffet and a la Carte, comfy seating, excellent shower facility and not to forget the endless sweets on our way out... I will be back for sure.

This club has different types of areas to sit. It's nice to have a choice between private and quiet or a more businesslike area. The snack and beverage selection is usually very good with a wide choice of items. I've spent many hours in this lounge and have never been disappointed during my stay.

The staff at the first class lounge (the former Flagship Lounge) were all extremely courteous and helpful (all the more striking given how rare that is at Heathrow). The à la carte options were tasty, and Soby made sure that I had a matching wine. It was an all-around great customer experience.

The lounge is a quiet place in a sea of confusion. It had a varied offering of snacks, meals and drinks. The chairs were comfortable and well spaced for privacy. The only suggestion I would have is that they install USB charging ports on the plugs. Other that that it was a great stay.

I'm pretty late writing this, but I had an amazing experience in the OneWorld lounge at Heathrow. Soby saw me with my head down reading and came over to check on me with a glass of water, then fixed me a meal, just to make sure I was OK and didn't have a headache. I'd gotten up at 4AM for my flight after maybe 3-4 hours of sleep, it was one of the kindest and most thoughtful gestures I've ever had someone make for me while traveling. He's a GEM and I'm just sorry to have missed him on my last trip.

I actually pay for the 'Priority Pass Club' as well as the 'AA Admiral Club'! Earlier this month I visited only the Priority Pass Clubs on my outbound trip thru London and only the Admirals Club on my return to the he U.S.



I was stunned at the glaring differences. I will just say if there is an Admirals Club available.... I'll be there 1,000,000%. The comparisons are starkly different. American Airlines, you ROCK!! Your facilities are inviting, clean, open & spacious and insanely well stocked. AA's Admiral Clubs are simply Superior to any Club I've visited! GREAT JOB AA! I'll be back for sure! Well worth every penny.

Fantastic flag ship club from virgin! Congratulations on such an amazing design. From the pool room roof top garden lovely seating areas and choices from the menu.

Even when it is crowded, the London Admirals Club does not feel overwhelming... the set up accommodates for it. The place is extremely clean and has a nice selection of food (I am almost always there in the morning and the breakfast has a good range of options).

As soon as we walked in, Soby greeted us with a warm hello and even warmer smile, asking if we would like champagne. And it only got better from there. The lounge has improved greatly over the past year, and a lot has to do with the attentive service of Soby! So week done! #cheers!

After a very long trip from Johannesburg, I found that my flight to LAX was delayed and I would miss my connecting flight home.



What a delight it was to meet Soby in the First Class lounge. He was so pleasant and customer focused!! He consistently checked in with me (in my 6 hour lay over) to be sure I had everything I need. His smile was very welcoming and I felt well taken care of.

Very good selection of breakfast food, pastries and beverages - was filled enough that I didn't need to eat the meal on the plane, which was a relief because it wasn't appetizing in the least! Also, plenty of locations to power devices and it wasn't terribly crowded like in some other locales.

Not bad. A bit cramped and on the small side. Adequate food and drink options. It did get crowded adding to the cramped feeling. Restrooms could be enlarged. Very easy to hear conversations from across the room. Much better alternative to any other option available at this time.

I stopped by the First Class section of the lounge briefly before proceeding to my gate yesterday. The lounge is certainly a cut above most of the American Airlines domestic lounges, but that seems to be generally true of all lounges operated by US airlines at Heathrow Airport. Personally, I think the layout and food quality at the upper tier British Airways lounge are better. To be fair, I must confess I dined at my hotel before leaving for the airport so I did nothing more than nibble. There appeared to be many options to satisfy a hearty appetite. I do appreciate the effort made by the airline to accommodate the varying needs of both business and leisure travelers.

I had access to the first class section of the lounge, and although small, it is much more relaxed than the BA First lounge and you get table service with the champagne. �. I had eaten before I came to the airport so never tried the food. There was a good supply of sockets to charge your devices. All in all a good relaxing experience.

This lounge is OK, some hot and cold food, limited selection for friendly table service, good range of drinks. But BA Concorde room and Emirates lounge are miles better.

Just below par, compared to other lounges and even BA's own elsewhere.

Breakfast - egg cold, back over cooked and cold, hash browns cold and chewy. Ok I'll stop there. Not even worth visiting.
