Admirals Cottage Description
Admirals Cottage is a two bedroom holiday cottage set amongst peaceful parklands.
This delightful cottage is situated at the prestigious and desirable holiday resort, The Bay, just two miles from the seaside town of Filey. The cottage is well-equipped and provides you will everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having recently been redecorated and newly furnished, it is the perfect place to create life long memories.
An ideal base for families, the bright and spacious interior offers excellent accommodation consisting of an open plan sitting room and dining area with flat screen TV, DVD player and patio doors that open on to a small paved patio, ideal for al fresco drinks /dining.
The separate kitchen is very stylish and incorporates an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is an entrance hall with cloaks /wc.
Upstairs there is a lovely double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and equipped with a further television. A charming seaside-themed twin bedroom provides another two places to sleep, plus a smart house bathroom with bath, shower over, wash hand basin and WC. The cottage provides a travel cot for infants whom are staying.
Admirals Cottage is surrounded by well-kept lawned grounds, ornamental lakes and picnic areas within such a short walking distance. Guests also benefit from free access to the excellent leisure facilities on-site including a 20m swimming pool, steam room, sauna, fully equipped gym and separate exercise studio. A children's playground is located within the holiday park as well as three lakes - one of which is available for fishing. Additionally, there is an excellent inn, serving very good food and an Italian should you wish to experience a variety of exquisite Italian cuisine.
A wide variety of activities to suit all age groups including bike hire, tennis, archery, fencing and a spa offering beauty treatments is available to book on site for an additional via the leisure centre reception.
Parking is available outside the property; all utilities bedding and towels are included in the rental cost. Travel cot and high chair available at no extra cost. Free Wi-Fi within the cottage for all guests.
One well-behaved dog welcome at a cost of £30. 00 per stay

All prices include bed linen, house towels, access to the leisure centre and kitchen essentials.
One well behaved dog is welcome with your party for an additional cost of £30 per stay.
A £100 refundable deposit is required on booking with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to your stay. The deposit can be returned should the holiday be cancelled 60 days prior to your stay.

Owing to the fact of the current situation, admirals cottage is closed until the 30th of April whereby it will then be reviewed.
Should anyone have holidays booked before then we will be contacting you to discuss your options.
