Hello Everyone 🤗
One down and we are onto week 2 ✌🏼
How are we all starting the week off?... Today... I’ve cleaned my bathroom cupboard out, cleaned around the house, walked the dog for an hour, Iv joined an online boot camp (which I would recommend! Charlotte is amazing!! If you want any details please feel free to message me or her Charlotte Hennifer PT) .. I made myself a lovely dinner, a poached egg on toast with spinach and mushroom,balsamic and chilli flakes 😜.. Iv done the first work out from the online boot camp, Iv had a bath and now I guna start cooking tea from scratch soon! 👩‍🍳 🍽
It’s so hard keeping busy! I admit Iv really taken for granted certain things of popping to see friends and family even if I’m super tired after a long shift ten minutes is ten minutes! I have also realised that if i call at my mums daily for a brew I can be sat on my phone! Now id do anything to be sat with her, listening without being distracted!
I admit when I’m on my own social media helps pass time, but now time seems so much more precious so why would I want to pass it!
Trying to keep that positive mind set, with staying active, checking in with close ones every few days, keeping organised, staying ambitious and obvs keeping clean!😄✌🏼
Remember.. I’m here to chat even if it’s for a minutes moan or to have an hours giggle! I’m so used to seeing you all monthly so I truly am missing you all ❤️
