Please know I've not made this decision lightly as I hate the thought of disappointing people and letting you down but I do feel very strongly that I am doing the right thing by all of us.
The advice from the government for social distancing and keeping 2m apart is not achievable with in our industry. So for the health of my clients, my family and myself I cannot offer beauty treatments until further notice.
If anyone would like any help or advice about how to safely remove ...lashes, nails or gel nail polish please let me know. I am happy to help you out with this.
If anyone is struggling with anything then please let me know. I'll be happy to help out anyway I can. Even if it's just a phone call to chat and break up the day or nipping to the shops and dropping off at your front door.

Notice to all of our lovely clients...
We would just like to reassure all of you that we are taking additional steps to keep the salon a safe environment for all clients. Prior to your treatment your therapist will wash their hands, we ask you to do the same. Please use the paper towels provided to dry your hands and diagard in the bin. Hand sanitiser is placed on the reception desk which we ask you to use when entering the salon. ... We are being extra stringent with our cleaning regimes and all treatment areas and equipment are throughly cleaned in between each client.
We ask all clients, as per government guidelines, if you feel unwell especially if you are presenting any symptoms of corona virus (high temperature, new persistent cough, shortness of breath) to please reschedule your appointment. There are no extra charges for late cancellations. Please understand that prevention is better than cure.
In the event that your therapist falls ill, we ask all clients to provide telephone numbers when booking appointments so we may offer you an alternative day/time/therapist.
We are living in a frightening and unprecedented time. We all need to help and protect one another and our loved ones by taking the above actions.
