On my way to play the organ here. Looking forward to it... Programme to include: Handel, Scheidt, Vierne and Lefebure-Wely.
Just recorded this, based on one of my favourite organ pieces, which I normally play for the Maundy Thursday liturgy, but tonight I am conducting instead.

Hello! Sorry I’ve been out of touch, but have been busy working as Interim Director of Music at Rochester Cathedral (pictured) and, as I’m sure you can imagine, the run up to Christmas in particular has been busy. Anyhow, allow me to wish you all the very best for 2019!

Tomorrow evening after evensong I shall be playing here - Buxtehude, Scheidt, Bach, Whitlock, Hollins & Vierne.
Today, tomorrow and Wednesday I shall be conducting The Occasional Singers at Canterbury Cathedral, starting gently with some Gibbons and then passing through with Murrill until we celebrate the Feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Wednesday with Stravinsky, Howells and Bruckner. All services at 5.30pm. Looking forward to it!
Had a lovely time playing some great music for a wedding in north Norfolk on this little Bevington beastie - despite its size it packed quite a punch!
A good ‘hot’ evening!
And now on the way home...so much to say...
The next project is seriously getting underway now.
