A.D.S Traditional Grass Fed Mutton, Hoggett & Lamb

Traditionally produced Mutton, pasture fed and slow grown in the beautiful Herefordshire and Worcestershire countryside. All mutton wethers (castrated males) are homebred and reared to the highest health and welfare standards from birth to fork.

Quality, traditional reared mutton from the Herefordshire / Worcestershire Border. The sheep (wethers) are all homebred from my own flock, pasture fed and slow grown. They are kept to the highest health and welfare standards which are carefully ensured and maintained from birth to fork so you can be certain these animals have had a wonderful life and the fantastic taste of the meat reflects this! Available breeds include Lleyn, Kerry Hill, Welsh Mountain, Black Welsh Mountain and in time, Hebridean. There are also Charollais x Welsh as another alternative.
