ADSOL UK AT THE PPMA SHOW 2017!
On September 26th we will be visiting the Birmingham NEC for the PPMA Show 2017 (Processing and Packaging Machinery Association). We will be spending some time looking around the exhibition at all of the brightest minds of the packaging and processing industries; introducing ourselves and making some new friends. We will then be heading over to the awards show hoping to come away with the PPMA Award for Exceptional Sales Growth and to get our own Matt Johnson the award for PPMA Apprentice of the Year to go along with his PPMA Driver of the Year award.

Our drivers took part in an annual 1 day driving event provided by the PPMA and Ultimate Car Control. Since our sales and service teams spend so much time driving up and down the UK & Ireland providing our 24/7 support we thought it would be perfect for them to test their skills and learn some valuable lessons.
We attended on the 5th July and were part of a class of over 30. Despite the fierce competition we won the day with our very own Matt Johnson taking first place with a score of 96% (116.5 out of 121)!

The ADSOL UK team members who drive as part of their job recently undertook an excellent driving course with Steve Tams of Driving Down Risk.
The course was practical and useful, and each of the team members got something useful and relevant out of the course. Congratulations to our Ste Highton who scored a 41 out of 42 and was declared driver of the month!

All of our Meler Glue units have timers built in, so where applicable you can set the systems to switch on and then switch off daily at programmed times over a seven day cycle.

One of our customers in the insulation industry came to us with a special request recently. A custom hot glue applicator that could fit into their busy production line with very little downtime.
We were happy to take on the project and in collaboration with Meler we produced an automatic multi-module swirl applicator.
