Excellent customer service, responsive and communication was brilliant and explained the damp proof course to me , what can I say lovely bunch of people nothing too much and left it clean afterwards

From start to finish working with Jimmy was amazing. Superb customer service, kept us updated throughout the process, worked hard when on site and cleaned up like a boss when the job was done. You wouldn’t even know they’d removed plaster to bare brick. No hesitation in recommending advance damp proofing and Jimmy for their services.

The team worked very hard and very efficiently, they did a great job of damp proofing our house, they left no mess at all and were very pleasant and helpful, I would highly recommend these guys to do a good job

Writing this review as the surveyor failed to turn up not once but twice after I gave them another chance. Both times no contact was made to let us know and when I called the first time an hour after our agreed time I was just told that he didn't have time? No problem but a call or a text would have be appropriate. I would recommend staying away from this company to avoid wasting your time. Reading the reviews it seems that they've done this to others too.
