Well walked into the showroom....bearing in mind it was raining outside ....wasn't approached at all by any salesman....or to be honest acknowledge at all.....was in market to spend 10k .....guess I spend that elsewhere...won't be coming back here that's for sure. Perhaps need to employ adults rather than the children you seem to have there who were more intowith their mobiles than a customer...

if you ever go to high wycombe to get car repaired dont ever ask them to wash or clean your car. After we spent £2000 on parts for our car. they washed and clean the inside and out of the car which obviously didn't mind. then I see that the two knobs and the main button of the volume button and menu button and setting button. chrome is peeled of the knob it's like they steamed the inside of the car and the menu button the chrome edging was all bubbly like it's been heated or something. so I went back to the dealer and told them what has happened and then they went to check the car and then first of all thry left the car open when they came back and it was in public area and there were stuff inside. So they came back and sat with us and showed a picture and said this has been a long time problem that the peeling as been there a long time, then they said that Sun damaged the buttons!!!!!! like are you serious. I have never heard that in my life that the sun damaged my car. so i showed him a picture of my inside of my car which was a 3months old picture. and then he said nothing and then said the picture was blurry. first of all the chrome was shining in the picture so you can clearly see it was not damaged 3 months ago. so I then sent a letter complaining and I get a letter back from the same person who said the same things in the letter!!!!!!!. I've just spent £2000 on repairs and he didn't even see CCTV and didn't even ask the people who cleaned it. and hes saying they only hovered the car but the dashboard was so waxy or oily. I'm so upset but no unfortunately I may have to go to court because of this problem.
