I had signs of damp issues but wasn't sure. Sam came promptly and identified rising damp in a couple of areas but also told me where I had no problems. He came back promptly (great communication) and rectified the damp in a couple of hours with his team returning to plaster the areas and make good. Overall a brilliant experience, honesty, prompt and tidy. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing. I have been left with paint peeling off the ceiling, a damp patch still in the corner of the shower room and the metal toilet roll holder, which had been drilled into the wall was hanging off. The screws were bent, indicating there had been used to weight bear. Would not recommend. This work was for a very small shower room.
