KIT434 Swan Neck Security Plate Kit
New design Radiused corners... Manufactured from 304 8mm stainless steel plate, laser cut to shape then chamfer machined on the aperture. Stops your Tow bar dropping out and trailer/caravan/horse box overtaking you. Comes supplied with Fittings 2 x M12 x 50 Bolts 2 x M12 nyloc nuts 4 x M12 washers (all zinc plated) Security aid and an added deterrent to thieves, an expensive item that are normally easily stolen and resold.
Fitting - Chamfer facing upwards to the towbar, drop bolts through from Above the socket, through plate and then washers on and nuts and tighten them up... the plate will bow when tightened but thats fine, and will not sit flush with the socket face as its providing the upwards clamping force.
