The company was founded in 1979 and is now one of the leading providers of electronic security solutions across the South.

In 2017 the founding partners Tony & Derrick retired and passed the company to Andy Fairbanks (Managing Director) & Steve Banfield (Operations Director) it is now their passion to carry on the history of the company into the future.

Steve is the son of Tony and has been working for the company since 1996. Andy is a former ASAP engineer who went on to join the Police service in 2001 and after 12 years service left to work in the private security industry creating his own company that has become one of the largest in the UK manned guarding sector.
