Great fun and huge facilities. Definitely one of the best soft play places I've been too, with lots of extra activities too.
It's a great facility for kids but the fact it charges for parents to enter is off putting for me - £10 for my 2 year old for 1 hour...
Overpriced and they charge adults too! Not a very big soft play area, there's a cheaper and better one in bishop Auckland with climbing walls, ride on cars, and trampolines, think they have a petting zoo as well don't know how they fare charge so much, it cost me £17 for my two children (one is only 3!) and of course me and my 15 year old to sit and watch!
Great my daughter loved going to adventure point,, playing for hours & yes as an adult you can also join in with your kids playing... there's a very large obstacle course which we happily played around on, with a small football pitch "they are for kids don't forget" there's a separate area for younger toddlers & babies to enjoy... also not forgetting a very large outside sand pit with sand toys & slides/swings for the kids to play on etc..
It's a very clean play area to visit, not once did we find any faults etc...
Food/drinks are abut steep but that's not unusual to find.. parking is an issue as the carpark is used by a number of businesses which means you can find yourself stuck for parking. Staff a nice & friendly always happy to help. Xmas parties I'd say should be limited as a party we attended was heaving...
However my other kids are going to love going here very shortly simply due to poor service/facilities found at other local play areas in town.
I think its over priced and dont know how they dare charge the adult....
They only come to bring the children....!!!
the food isnt great and is expensive and if you dare to bring any of your own food they swoop down on you

Kids soft play and climbing is good. Pricey, very under staffed too

Great place but dont understand why parent's have to pay
Went at 1000 on a Sunday. It was empty when we arrived but by the time we left at 1200 it was heaving. Good activities, especially the animals, which the staff take out at around 1100. Coffee is good. Loses a star for the food, which was a bit greasy and unpleasant.
