Adventure Wonderland

Very disappointed son and friends. My son had been invited to attend adventure wonderland as a treat for his best friends birthday and on arrival the whole group was refused entry as they were slightly past the last entry time. I can fully appreciate that they were late (3.30 seems awfully early as the facilities are open to 5.30pm!) but to be told they could not come in because they had ‘cashed up already’ wasn’t quite to the customer service standards I would expect from this place. We used to be annual members and spent almost every weekend there when the kids were smaller and always had a great time but this seems poor. Of course rules are rules but when the manager could not even be bothered to come and speak to them and would rather a child goes away very upset makes this very disappointing!! They could have been let in and they would been out the same time as every one else. Will not be returning any time soon.

Just seen Father Christmas and a Panto with my nearly 3 year old grandson. It was brilliant everything for the children unlike other nearby Christmas attractions which seem to just want to grab as much money as possible.

The staff are lovely have plenty of time for the children. Father Christmas was great.

Thank you so much Alice in Wonderland. I agree the restaurant could do with a bit if an upgrade but relaxed so parents of very children don't feel under pressure.

A great family day out for a young family!
They have quite a few fun fair rides suitable for young children, a animal petting area, a missive garden maze (be careful, you can spend some time in there :-), an outdoor play park, lovely gardens and a huge indoor soft play area.
The staff are happy and bubbly, especially the staff in costume wondering around the park and talking to the kids.
If you have teenagers, they are probably going to struggle to find to much to entertain them, but for families with kids from toddlers yo about 10 to 12 years of age (at a guess) it makes for a great day out! Especially on a lovely sunny day!

Fun day for the kids. Horse rides, animals too see like llamas, sheep and chickens. They don't look very well looked after though. Bit scraggy looking. The rides are fun and cater to all tastes. Little teacups up to roller-coaster and log flume. They are all aimed at children though so thrill seekers need not apply. The gift shops are stacked with appropriate items and the cafe is good if a little expensive.
