A paw-fect new treat has just arrived! Our new Paw Patrol car inside Wild Thing. Of course her Royal Highness, the Queen of Hearts, had to be the first to have a go, and officially cut the ribbon!

User

Wow ! We took our pre-school here today for our end of year leavers trip and I can not praise Adventure wonderland enough ! The park was clean and well maintained and the staff could not do enough to give our children a great day. A special shout out to Sebby on the bouncy castle who was hilarious ! And to the queen of hearts who kept in character the whole day and really made the trip special well done Adventure wonderland, we will see you next year ! From all at Pre-School On The Marsh xx

User

Would just like to say a big thank you to this lovely lady that played the queen of hearts. Took my granddaughter here for her birthday in 01.06.18 and although all of your staff were amazing she definitely stood out the most. Stayed in character from start to finish, was so amazing that I wanted to take her home to cheer me up on a bad day lol she really went the extra mile. She is an asset to adventure Wonderland thanks for an amazing day

User

We went today after reading a lot of bad reviews I wasn't hopeful. But we spent a good 6 hours here today and had an amazing day! All the rides were open and shows were on, along with dance shows in the park. The staff were lovely and mad hatter, Queen and Alice were amazing and are such an asset to this place. My kids had a blast and we will def be back! The only thing I always have a moan about is the cleanliness of the bathrooms yes they could have done with a clean up throughout the day, but saying that with the amount of people visiting the park and they can't be bothered to put their toilet roll in the loo and not leave it on the floor it's hard to keep up with. Overall top Marks today!

User

We visited bank holiday weekend for our first time and we loved it. We had 3 kids with us age 5, 6, 10. No queuing for any rises straight on which is great for the kids the staff were so nice and chatty every single one of them. The park is kept clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our day and got some lovely photos. The only down sides are if you don't bring a picnic which luckily we did there is no food for adults to buy only kids lunch boxes are available. Would defo come back again

User

We recently had my daughters birthday party at Adventure Wonderland and had a great day. All the staff went out of their way to make the day a success.

We found the day great value for money as everyone at the party had access to the park for the entire day.

I thoroughly recommend Adventure Wonderland for birthday parties.

User

We had a great time today at AW. The site looked clean and well maintained and the staff are so much more customer oriented and friendly compared to last year. Big shout out to Gary on the yo-yo ride and Doug on the galleon for being so genuine and chatty with the children. Also to Summer on the Charlie Cool cars who actually offered to drive in the car with my special needs son after my nerves couldn’t cope with his lack of steering!

AW has really upped its game and is definitely the place to take a young family.

User

I had my first visit today with my three year old niece and I would like to say what a lovely day we both had , she loved every moment , but I must say how pleased I was with your staff , customer service is a big thing to me and I tell you what I could not fault any of your staff today they were so pleasant, friendly and took time to have fun with the children which I thought was so lovely so a big thank you to them as I’ve been to Paultons Park and they are so god damn rude ! Big well done to them from us & tell them to keep it up as it makes a difference !

User

Brought my daughter back to adventure wonderland as her chosen birthday treat on 29th may, this was our 5th visit in 3 years and I am sure to come back again in the summer, my children love it and I always enjoy seeing them so happy, such a shame that a few of the smaller rides have gone but we look forwatd to the new/refurbished ones that we were told will be in place soon. Special mention if I may to sebby on the jabberwocky and Gary on the giant yoyo ride, so enthusiastic and really friendly, really makes a difference to have staff that interact! Every member of staff wished my daughter a happy birthday upon seeing her badge! Thanks adventure wonderland for making my daughters birthday treat a great one, we look forward to returning in the summer x ps as mentioned on another review, yes there was a wait on the food but it's only what you would expect in the half term for such a fantastic family adventure park, can't please everyone all of the time, if you don't want to have to wait for food? Pack a picnic

User

As a child I used to come every year whilst on holiday. I came back this year with my 4 year old son he absolutely loved it, we came back a 2nd time whilst on our holiday. The park was lovely and clean and the staff are absolutely amazing, very entertaining. Also go out of their way to make sure all children are having the best possible time. I do have to say a massive thank you to Summer, Sebby and Jess who on both occasions we came they went on as many rides with my son as they could when they could. Amazing team of ride operators, not just operators but entertainers too

User

We booked 2x adult tickets through parkdean at £9.95 each and used my tesco vouchers as payment for our 3year old who loves Alice a v was really looking forward to meeting her&riding the teacups!. . Bit disappointed when we turned up and be told there was no character appearance that day and that the tea cups were broke (website said full park operating!) thought well th is is a great start! Park needs a revamp and some decorating but overall we had an amazing time! All the staff are mega friendly and the soft play is immaculately kept! I don't think it's worth the £14 each per adult and over 3years old, but were happy with what we had paid!

User

Visited yesterday, 2 adults and 3 children. We were a little disappointed that a few rides were closed but there was still plenty to keep our children entertained. The refurb on the outdoor playground is amazing! Wasn’t the warmest day but children would have been playing for hours! Rides and soft play were enjoyed too.

My major gripe was the catering not accepting food orders after 4:20 even though the Park was open until 6pm. There were no signs to state this and ruined the end of the day when we went to buy our children some dinner at 4:30.

Would visit again though.

User

Visited today, it was a shame there was no animal interaction available, or even anyone to buy animal feed from, and that a couple of rides have disappeared since our last visit and not replaced- especially as full entry prices were paid to get in.

However, that said, the staff working today were amazing, from the gate staff, to the ride staff and the queen of hearts wandering around and jumping on the elephant ride, everyone did an amazing job and they really are a credit to the park! Thank you to them for making it wonderful.

Also, I’m really sorry I decapitated a come on the car ride!

User

Decided to go with son and friends too on inset day from school. Expensive to go in especially when rides are shut and no shows on. There should be a set price when all open at weekends to a weekday when half is closed! Saying that, the kids did really enjoy being there and the new equipment in the playground was nice to see. We had 8 goes on the log flume but then it was one of rides that was open! Animals weren't open at said time as only one staff member and they were delayed at pony rides. However, it was a lovely, relaxing day in the park. No queues, its big or even small enough to amble round at a leisurely pace. Indoor play area a hit. Outdoor play area a hit. Watching planes a hit. With a few rides thrown into the mix! Just don't expect a big theme park if you go - however we've been a few times and each time we've had a lovely day there!

User

We waited 45 minutes in the food just to order food. We had to change orders 4 times as they ran out of potato’s, burgers and kids burgers. This was at 1.00pm on Friday of half term.

I expected it to be busier as it was half term but the whole cafe was understaffed and unorganised.

We finally got to he front of the queue to be told that we are looking at 35 minute wait for our sausage and chips.

We come here loads as we have a pass and I have never seen the cafe in such a state. There were dirty tables everywhere and the trolley for dirties was full to burst but no one was clearing them!

This was a real shame as the kids were hungry and fed up with waiting.... Come on Wonderland, you can do better than this

User

Last year and the year befor I bought my son who's 4 in 3 weeks many many times and loved it lots of small rides he enjoys... today on the other hand really dissapointed..paid full price for half a park... sign up saying tea cups aren't working.. fair enough... but get in to find that the trains gone the ladybugs have gone the merry go round has gone as have the £1 tractor self drives... the amusements aren't open nor is the kids sit in and pay rides.. paid full price for less than half a park.... the only thing that made our trip enjoyable was the amazingly lovely staff (especially the jovial guy running the caterpillar staff) 5* to the staff shame the parks gone down hill since last year. Not even the donkey rides open.

User

Dear oh dear... Adventure Wonder - where all the rides have gone - land.

Where do I start?

We visited yesterday for facebook fiver weekend and to be honest I'm not really sure it was even worth paying that!

3 rides were gone! 1 of which has been replaced with a 'Dance with the stars' canopy, where a couple of times throughout the day Alice, the mad hatter and the queen came out with their ipad and danced to a couple of songs with the kids. 1 ride closed for maintenance and 2 water rides we didn't want to go on as was a cold windy day, only left us with 5 rides to go on!

The only saving grace was the show (which is usually poorer than the rides) which astonishingly we all actually enjoyed. So 'Thank you for the music' Abba!

This place is so run down, old, tired and totally grubby! Surely something as basic as cleanliness should be a priority (especially as there are no rides left for your staff to operate). The soft play area is huge but the dust on top of the soft play scenery was almost an inch thick! The disabled/baby changing toilets tap and soap dispenser also didn't work.

With cleanliness like this, I dread to think what state the kitchen would be in! Needless to say we didn't buy any food from the restaurant.

We definitely won't be returning until there is enough to do there for more than a couple of hours and the cleanliness has been addressed. You don't expect to have bored kids at a theme park.

User

Came yesterday 16/6/18 I no it was the Facebook deal so it was going to be busy but I didn't think the venue could cope with that many people. The rides were great for our little one but trying to get food was a nightmare. They had no menus available for us to choose food as they only had a couple I asked a member of staff and she said " how am I ment to find one if you can't you will have to look around " this was not the response I was expecting. Also I think they need a policy if you are not eating then not to keep shoes and coats on the seats as there were many tables like this with no one sat at them so we had to wait 30min for a table

User

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all !!i’m absolutely gob smacked and disgusted how the staff is trained - not trained !! We visited today and my little boy got hurt by another child on trampolines- the lady who was there in charge of children - meant to look after about them- is not crb(DBS) checked , is not first aid trained & doesn’t pay no attention to the children , who comes in and out ! My little boy run out of the trampoline with blood pouring of his mouth / lips and no one of the staff would come and check if he is ok or what’s happened! I have asked for first aid trainer and no one would help or point me to right direction , so had to go in and ask for manager & first aid Pearson! When manager arrived he have made me fill paper and gave him antiseptic wipe to clean the blood off his lip & filled paperwork with me & told me my son can have anything from shop

- I said I have to take my son into hospital due to his lip needs a stitch and he said that’s up to me & that he will put report into his manager / owner ! That’s not good enough to me , we are leaving the hospital and my little boy has to go through that due to your staff not have the correct training what required for place for children ! Absolutely disgusted by it all ! And I will be take it higher ! Adventure wonderland meant to be place where children meant to be safe , but obviously is not that case , as your staff is not first aid trained and don’t done have crb/ dbs checked !! You don’t even know but could be a pedofiles or anything else ....

At my sons 1st birthday the children where served sandwiches which were mouldy! A tray was brought up to replace them however the damage was done the children &the adults were put off!

the pizza and biscuits that are advertised as part of the cold food buffet didnt appear. When questioned on this the wait staff responded with "they don't come with a cold buffet!" Which is not what the catering manager told me 24hours before when I spoke to him about food allergies &he confirmed he would arrange a sandwich however the pizza would be a problem which was fine. Doug (the duty manager) did bring up some extra sandwiches & fruit & some chips when our autistic daughter couldnt have the sandwich she wanted

When I complained to the catering manager he laughed at me said " we got you another tray" and walked away!

The children were then given ice creams that were deformed due to melting &refrezing they did quickly replace them but the 2nd batch wasn't much better.

I then spoke to the park manager who did give an apology confirmed that pizza &biscuits should have been brought up as they are part of the buffet. And that he will deal with all my complaints&get back to me.

I am still waiting to hear back from Andy as to how this all happened. Let alone the way the catering manager behaved!

The parks saving grace Doug who went above and beyond with his kind words. And followed up with contact in the evening to check the children had had a good time after all the disaster of lunch.
