Good experience for 4x10 year olds. Good for adults too.
Amazing experience. The staff were excellent and incredibly patient. We had a brilliant time and will definitely go back soon!
Had a great time with my youngest son. It's hard work but well worth it. If you're afraid of heights it's not for you!

11 year old says "it was AMAZING and I want to do it again". Strangely, larger humans seemed to find it more difficult! Rope trolleys can be tricky but not to the extent of the previous reviewer's complaint. Staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. Loses one star from the lack of toilet facilities although to be fair this is clearly explained in the website, and the missed opportunity to provide souvenir photos. Suggested time on website of one and half hours, but we must have skipped round because we were back at the car in an hour and a quarter!
Somewhat frustrating. Without waffling on, the safety 'sled' on the rope has no pulley or 'wheels' (like Go-Ape), so the rope gets frequently stuck on the metal cable due to friction when being pulled on or when cable kinks etc. You hence get 'pulled back' mid obstacle, taking the fun away. Quite a lot of strength and reaching up is required when the sled catches, making for a tiring and frustrating experience for younger and shorter participants. On-site facilities are also poor (single chemical toilet cubicle) and not many places to sit and watch if not participating.
Without any affiliation or bias, would suggest the nearby Go-Ape at Birches Valley, Cannock Chase, is a much better experience, with junior and full high-wire courses, proper 'easy running' safety mechanisms, good toilets and cafe' (plus nice nature walks for all ages).
A shame, as we were looking forward to the day. Will say staff were welcoming though.
What a wonderful day we had. You need to be fit but all four of us loved it. Really good family fun. Thanks to the guides who took us around - they made the day
