My first time today and I was very very very disappointed. After taking enough time to explain what I wanted and what I didn't...I ended up with what I didn't want. Sadly it's not good enough. Jenny was friendly but I don't think she listened well to what I said. All I wanted was for my pixie to be shortened whilst keeping it feminine. I walked out of there looking like a boy scout! She apologized for the choppy fringe in the front but gosh the back! It's uneven and so unreal! I feel slightly uncomfortable going back but I will have to persist and / or definitely need my money back! My side burns have loose long bits. Hair on the nape of my neck is uneven, like come on! She was done DRY CUTTING my hair in less than 15 min! Which respectable stylist does that?! Ugh! Now I have to live with this for another 10 weeks! Shame shame shame. Will not recommend! Maybe get a trim or something but don't rely on anything remotely professional with this salon. Once and done!

Lovely clean place, the staff are the super friendly. Jenny is my usual stylist and I can't recommend her enough, she is a perfectionist and listens to her customers.
She makes me feel fab.

I came for the Top to Toe Treatment which includes a fully body exfoliation, massage and facial! It was AMAZING! Incredible value for money! I’ve had plenty of massages in the past but Zahra was perfect! Will definitely be back for another!
