You can pay for our services by fee only. In these circumstances, a typical fee is 0. 5% of the loan payable on completion. We will also be paid commission by the lender which we pay back to you in full. Please ask for a personalised illustration. Alternatively you can also pay a reduced fee and we will retain the procuration fee from the lender. A typical fee would then be £95 payable on application. In both cases the precise amount will depend on your circumstances.
