Symptoms of an MSG allergy... Iā€™ve suffered this weekend at the hands of a Chinese cheat meal šŸ¤® Iā€™m very sensitive to MSG and although generally during cheatmeal I can tolerate a small amount Saturday I ate somewhere Iā€™ve not tried before and wow did I suffer! Well, what can I say...... Sam has not only changed my body, she's changed my eating habits, my mindset and my attitude. With an easy to follow nutrition plan, that never leaves me hungry and PT sessions that I can't wait to attend (and I hate the gym!), this has been one of the best choices, health and fitness wise I have ever made. Sorry this is alittle late Iā€™ve just finished my 6 week nutrition and exercise programme about 10days ago with Sam from Affirmation Fitness I canā€™t believe how good the results are!! My husband did a 6 week programme as well before I did and I couldnā€™t believe the change in him so I signed up straight away. It was hard at first adapting to the diet and exercise as I hadnā€™t really done anything like that before but once I got the first week out of the way and started seeing results as soon as that, I actually started looking forward to working out. The 6 weeks flew past and I was over the moon with the results. My body has changed so much since I started and I could hardly recognise myself in my before photos. Iā€™m so pleased with my weight loss and I am continuing to train with Sam. She makes it fun and gives so much encouragement even when I wasnā€™t training during the week. I canā€™t thank her enough. Sam, what can I say! I am finally holiday ready!!! When I started this 6 week journey, I hadn't eaten fruit in 20 years! Somehow you got me eating 4 fruit a day, with a nutrition plan that I actually enjoyed!! This alone for all that know me is an AMAZING acheivement and I'll now be able to build it into my every day diet. And thank you for making the diet bespoke to me and acheivable! Not only have you guided me through this 6 weeks helping me with my workouts, you've built the foundation for me to work with and motivated me to carry on. Sam is a great personal trainer and I really enjoyed my sessions with her.

The gym is absolutely perfect and has everything in it that you would need.

Sam is great at showing you what she wants you to do during the sessions and keeps every session very different. Concentrating on certain areas at a time and also general body workouts.

Sam is so friendly, kind and easy to get along with, I feel the sessions are more of a girlie catch up and as well as an intense work out.

Thank you for finding my love for working out again, Iv thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with you and look forward to booking more with you xx

Sam is a great personal trainer and I am enjoying my sessions with her.

The gym in her garden is great as itā€™s a good size, clean, tidy, has good equipment, great location for where I live and you can even park easily where she lives which is a bonus.

Sam is very good at showing you what she wants you to do during her sessions which really helps and sometimes I canā€™t always remember the names of some of the techniques.

Sam is also friendly, kind and very bubbly and easy to get along with which makes the sessions easier and sheā€™s more like a friend.

Thanks for my sessions and I canā€™t wait to continue with them.

Just finished my 6 week program with Sam, I have tried numerous diets over the years and since being diagnosed with an under active thyroid the weight had been piling on. Sam has shown me that the diet does work as I have lost 1 stone in 6 weeks which no other diet has done over the last few years. She has shown me that exercise can be fun again and I had lost sight of this and also need to spend more time on myself The training sessions are great always doing something different each session to keep it interesting. I would definitely recommend Sam to everyone the six week program has taught me a lot. Thanks a million Sam. Xx

Iā€™ve come from a rugby and kickboxing background but due to an injury I had to stop. Needless to say, I began to pile weight on. After starting with Affirmation Fitness I began to see results within a week not only on the scales but physically as well. Sam has brought back my love of training and I canā€™t thank her enough. To be quite honest, you will get out of this programme what you put into it. I have just completed the 6 week body challenge with Sam. I was already on a diet before I joined up but had totally lost my way with exercise and I really wanted to get back into fitness. I just knew I needed someone to guide and support me through doing the right things to get to my goal which Sam helped me realise was to tone up as Iā€™d already lost the weight. I felt really motivated doing the training and each session was varied. Iā€™d had an op on my knee a while back so Iā€™ve always been wary of risking injury again but Sam adapted things for me if needed. I feel stronger and fitter and my body shape has changed. I can now see some definition around my abs! I canā€™t thank you enough Sam, this is the kickstart that Iā€™d wanted and needed for so long and I really enjoyed my workouts with you X

I completed the 6 week challenge as I had a holiday booked and wanted to feel more comfortable in a bikini!

Sam is a great trainer she really made me feel at ease and supported me throughout but also pushed me when I needed it!

I lost just over half a stone so far and have continued with the weekly pt sessions. I have received lots of compliments as people started to notice my weight loss and feel much more confident! Thanks to Sam!
