An amazing company, I always rent through them I always deal with Dave who is the most pleasant, Friendly person you could ask to deal with always goes above & beyond for his customer, even when I’m asking loads of questions he always answers them or when I ask for a certain type of car he will always do his best to get me the car I ask for he really is a credit to AffordRentACar, when I also pick up the car most of the time I’m greeted by Lee at the desk & he is such a lovely person who always has a chat to you and ask you how your doing etc.. and just talks to you like your one of his friends not a customer truly is a great guy! As for the company it’s one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with compared to the bigger companies out there AffordRentACar could most definitely teach them a lot about customer service and how to look after there customer. AffordRentACar you do an amazing job well done to Everyone who works there too!!!

Helpful staff and convenient location close to Stoke train station. No problems with 9-seater Mercedes Vito I hired and drove to Europe.

We hired the Mercedes wedding car package for the 26/8/17, the package was an E class and Vito minibus. Throughout the process the Afford team were excellent and very professional we asked if we could have matching vehicle colours and although they couldn't promise it was noted on the booking. On the Friday before we were able to go in and sort out the paperwork so on the Saturday morning all we had to do was get the drivers there to collect the motors.
Both motors looked fantastic the E class fully ribboned up with a guest book and sparkling wine with glasses in an ice bucket, the Vito with bows on it to match the E class and we were lucky enough as the vehicle colours were both silver what we asked for.
Now you might be thinking but these are hire cars and might not be that tidy, well think again! They were spotless and in fantastic condition inside and out, as for the price it's a lot cheaper than you would expect, we extended our hire to 48hrs to let us enjoy using them on the Sunday.

This is something I am doing after being reminded by my daughter because it would be unfair not to give a good review 😀 for this nice business.We rented a car from here during our last holiday and having not heard of it before I was a little apprehensive however right from the beginning the experience has been nothing but positive all the terms and processes were simple and straightforward- especially,the insurance part.The initial price included zero excess as well.It has a very friendly atmosphere.I highly recommend afford-rent-a-car.

Top guys always well priced and good quality late vehicles

Had never used this company before to hire a vehicle, and was very pleased too find out how efficient they are. From the online booking, too collecting the very clean van was faultless, and the most importantly they were the cheapest.

Good service. Had no van for us, with a tow bar unfortunately. They then rang back the next day & said they would fit one to a van. Really good of them, as we were struggling.
