Affordable Car Hire

Awful. What looked like a good deal was a cash cow. Travelled to Tenerife having paid £66 for a week. On late arrival due to flight delay I was immediately charged 40 Euros for arriving after midnight. I was told I had to pay a deposit of 1400 Euros if I didnt take the Insurance Extra. So I paid that at a further 125 plus Euros. The fuel has a compulsory charge on it too. The car is provided full and on return they repay what is left in the tank. Result I paid over £300 for the week. Affordable NOT!!!!! Avoid this company at all costs

I mistakenly booked an unsuitable car online using Tesco clubcard vouchers and Affordable Car Hire were quick to answer the phone and really helpful in getting this sorted out, my vouchers reactivated and my booking changed.

Definitely recommend. A professional service from booking with the call centre to collecting the car. No issues and car was immaculate. Always take the supermax to cover excess. Will be booking again.

We used them last year (2016) with our Tesco's vouchers - we were a little unsure about a few things. The online chat staff were very helpful and clarified everything I needed to know. The whole experience was easy and trouble free. We're using them again this year for another trip

AWFUL tin pot scam artists!
Take your money and don't deliver. They then avoid responding to customer complaints. Absolutley with out doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs! They have shocking customer service, the company they are affiliated with provided a sub standard car and their insurances and policies regarding deposits are extotion!
