One of my FAVOURITE exercises...
But not everyone does it right or know how to correct it.
... So a few points to focus on are;
рҹ’ғрҹҸјThe position of your hips. рҹ’ӘрҹҸҪThe activation of your lats. рҹ“ҸA strong straight back throughout the movement. рҹҰөрҹҸҪAnd remember itвҖҷs NOT all about the pull... most of your power will be driven though your legs so push your feet through the floor!!
Tips on how to improve;
рҹҺҘ Film yourself whilst doing the exercise. One of the best ways to improve is by monitoring your technique! рҹ“ҚAs seen in this video, set up two pole points. This will help you to concentrate on your BAR PATH...

I bet you are to??
... Not only do I over eat when IвҖҷm bored, but also when IвҖҷm stressed, in a low mood, tired you name it. рҹҘЎрҹҘў
If youвҖҷve done it I bet I have to.. рҹҳ…
So what can we do to reduce the likelihood of us raiding the fridge or cupboards or just ordering food in!?
1. PREPARATION - Prepare your food, if you donвҖҷt like bulk cooking just plan what you are going to have each night for dinner.
2. MOVE - Go for a walk or just move to another room (not the kitchen) I bet there is something in there you forgot to do.
3. HOBBIES - Great distractions... Gym, Paint, Write. What ever it may be!
4. FLUID - Drink something, you may not even be hungry. Fill the gap with a glass of zero calorie Pepsi Max!
5. EAT THE GOOD STUFF - have more wholesome foods for your meals not just a little snack.
