Very well laid out zoo, easy to see the whole place as it all ties together nicely. We stayed at their camp site next door so went back almost every day for the week we stayed. Think we saw every animal feeding and every show in the arena. Kids had face paints too.
Highly recommended zoo, will definitely come back again when in the area next.

A spacious, well laid out place which could occupy a whole day. Plenty of talks/displays to watch and a great variety of well looked after animals, with play area and good food when the time comes for when children need a distraction and refuel. There's a real focus on conservation so the park also provides learning as well as amusement.
It's quite expensive to get in but if you take your time and spend the whole day it becomes reasonable value for money.

A fantastic place, extremely educational for the children and parents alike. It is all about conservation and raising money for the various animal charities. Teaching us to respect these beautiful animals, and to increase knowledge about survival and endagerment and our role to play in helping. Not to mention a lot of fun stuff for the children to join in with 😊 learning by play. Good informative talks throughout the day. I would highly recommend a visit.

Wow it was Fantastic...we spent all day here and didn't manage to get round it all but we went to nearly every talk. Keepers were brilliant and knew their animals. Man on train did a live commentary..he was excellent and knew all the animals. All Keepers hands on and approachable..best zoo staff I have come across! Top tip.. Pick up their leaflet to get a discount voucher . Took a picnic so didn't try cafes out.. Lots of benches and loos

It's a brilliant zoo to visit. We've been twice now and have really enjoyed it. There is a wheel chair and mobility scooter available to hire but you have to get there early to get it. The animals look cared for and the enclosures seem to be well designed for their needs. There is a play area for the children and a couple of cafe areas - as with most places, they are quite expensive to buy food from. I would advise booking tickets online to save a few pounds. Definitely recommend a day trip here.

This is a lovely place with more to do than you can manage in a day. Lovely idea for kids to get a medal at the end. 4 stars because I liked the Cotswolds one more.

Brilliant visit spoilt by the treatment of goats in petting area. Needs supervisor parents and children chasing them about. One dragged kid (goat) by its back leg to stop it escaping .
