We spark and nurture strong young mindsets to positively impact individuals, families and communities across the African continent. The Africa Transformation Centres Foundation (ATCF) exists to fund and deliver professional, transformative mindset training programmes and support for 18-25 year-olds across the African continent. We are here to energise and equip young entrepreneurs with positive, self-assured and ambitious mindsets that enable them to think, grow and achieve beyond the barriers holding them back. Africa Transformation Centres Foundation (ATCF) was founded in 2020 by Morlai Kargbo, Mandy Evill and Mfon Etukeren. They came together to achieve this work driven by their personal experience of the impact of the Thinking into Results Programme and their knowledge from living and working in different parts of Africa.
