African Scalecraft

African scalecraft is a resource and discourse about how commercial ventures scale in Sub-Saharan Africa. It presents a critical systems examination of the different contexts, barriers, enablers, and future pathways for scaling, as well as a series of potential pathways for ventures, ecosystem actors and catalysts to solve the different (and difficult) challenges through applying market innovation and systems related interventions. This work serves as a collective playbook of insights and smart moves. Please tell us how you would like to work with us as we design, resource and operationalise the solutions and recommendations proposed. We welcome ongoing peer review, and continuous consultation.
