Yes of course Mashallah that's the best place for those who like ice cream and desserts and especially for kids they enjoyed a lot in the play area.

Very good staff especially izhaaan, Abdul & usmaan who treat customers well and make great deserts with generous serving of food and I would recommend it for everyone

it was my first time going there wid my kids. it's good for children because they can play and eat there delicious � i thought the play area was free but it wasn't.i think it should be free. i suggest the people to go there and enjoy the delicious flufa and yummy ice cream �

Lovely choice of Deserts but play area should be free for customers .. Kids would want to go to the play area naturally and since if it is the part of place it should be free .

It's always COLD in this place. Whenever you ask them to turn the heating on they always say it's not working! ALWAYS! Every time we ask for Nutella on waffles they always put milk chocolate! Come on, everyone knows what Nutella tastes like! Cutting back on your costs is costing you your customers. I'm not one to write reviews but the fact that I am shows how disappointed I am!!!

Worst service ever, won't be coming back made to wait 40 min for a waffle that is already made...that's a long time to scoop a bit of icecream... made to feel very unwelcome too

Visited with kids for after dinner desserts. Absolutely rubbish place. Disgusting desserts. Ordered chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream and brownie was piece of brick. Ingredients of falooda did not taste fresh either. Hope food inspection authorities shut this place down soon. For me this place is blacklisted for eating out and meet ups.

Very bad experience! Took us nearly 3hrs to get our order and on top they gave us the wrong stuff! Service was shocking and the manager walked out on eid day leaving unqualified staff to run the ice cream parlour on their own as he couldn't deal with the stress! Seriously?!! Don't ever waste your time or money in this place

Three customers ahead of us were immediately served. Was told to wait for a further 15 minutes for a slice of cake, after having waited to be served. Guy at the till was dismissive and rude! Good luck getting and retaining customers with that kind of an attitude!! Ironically, he had currency signs for tattoos on his neck.

They do not serve tap water. Even for a party of 8. Service is terrible too.

Poor service. Rude & ignorant staff. Did not get what we ordered. Staff need training in compliant handling. Worse experience ever. We been to other After which were good but Hounslow was not up to mark.

No tap water, Mango man suppose to be all mangoes but served with pineapple, no table orders have to orders at the till... 6 tables had all plate and mess, one stagg wearing headphones listening to music, 3 staff wearing shalwar kameez and only one staff that had proper uniform on.



The worse desert parlour i been....only 45mins wait!!!

I was waiting in the queue and watching two staff prepping order... none of them wearing gloves when adding toppings... she was doing coffees then she started adding marshmallows on top off the ice cream ( without washing hands) and when I ask if she can wash hands or wear gloves before serving me she started shouting at me... she threw scoop and refused serving me then the other girl jump in ( blonde) and shout even more!!!

I don’t wanna be threat as a Queen but when you go to a place where food is served you expect some hygiene...

I came with two kids they both was scared to stay in after those two make big drama and treat me with no respect at all...

I don’t understand what kind off people this company employe to treat customers like this... I always thought it’s a place for parents and kids

I visited your Hounslow West branch yesterday where I experienced the most unpleasant and rude customer service EVER. Upon our arrival we waited next to the till to be served. One of your staff members , with out any welcome(lack of customer service skills!!!)asked if we staying or just taking away. I confirmed that we will stay and he offered to take the menues and take a sit. We waited around 15-20 minutes to be serve and when we stop same member of staff on his way towards counter to question when we will be serve he just "politely " said that we should come to the counter to order! He never mention that before!!!What he kept arguing about! Not acceptable!!! The Afters is a very well recognised brand and you did not deliver any of there experience promised! I am not sure if that was just on the based that I am not Asian?! Not sure but definitely felt not welcome as a customer there!!

Of course, when asked to speak to the manager - not there, staff did not even know Manager name!!!!!! They come with name of Usma - what I didn't even believe is true!!!

Never mind!

I didn't think you deserved to use this trading name What Scott Nghiem should notice.

Also, deserts which was served to us, did not looks like those in you menu what was a big disappointment.

I will definitely not recommend to friends and family!!

Don't bother. 40 min wait and the place wasn't even busy. Incompetent staff, over charged and made to feel very unwelcome.
