AG Geo-Consultants is a specialist ground engineering & waste /surplus soils consultancy. The company is headed by André Gilleard who has 27 years of technical and project management expertise for Geoenvironmental and Geotechnical aspects of varied civil and structural engineering projects. André is a "Qualified Person" (QP) for the CL: AIRE Definition of Waste Code of Practice (DoWCoP) and a "Specialist in Land Condition" (SiLC). We manage contract sizes from 1 unit up to >2000 units and up to >£80M developments and provide full advice and support throughout the whole project programme. Based in Bristol, we primarily cover the South West, South, Midlands and Wales regions, and can also assist with projects across much of the UK. Our key aims are the early identification of abnormal acquisition /development risks (thus costs) and finding practical solutions to such, plus reducing other costs for client developments. We offer specialist advice that is commercially aware, pragmatic and with an attention to detail and a personal approach to clients, which aims to build long standing relationships and become a continual and valued key member of client development teams.
