Agemax Description

Ok, here is what i have to offer. I clean and rebuild motorcycle carbs to a very high standard. I do this as a hobby, it is not my livlihood and not a business. i do have a full time job as well so all work is done in my spare time, purely because of my love for motorcycles (especially old Japanese muscle bikes, as i grew up working on them)
I started working on motorcycles as soon as i left school and was trained by Honda. . . . . . ok dont laugh or let that put you off straight away as i have 30 + years experience working on all makes of machines!
As far as prices go, they vary a lot. i can only give an accurate quote if you send me some pics of the carbs and detail exactly what level of rebuild you require.
Rebuilds range from a simple strip and dip with a list of parts that require replacing to bring the carbs back up to a running state, right up to the full "works" including detailing, polishing, replacement of ALL parts required and put together with all new gaskets, o rings and stainless steel fasteners.
I can repair broken parts (within reason) or replace /upgrade certain parts like fuel Tee's or plastic bushes to brass equivelents. I make these parts as required as i have a lathe and access to other machining facilities.
All carbs sent to me will be returned as a guaranteed good running set (unless the customer only asks for a strip and clean and the carbs returned with a list of parts that need replacing), HOWEVER, as you should understand they will need to be fine tuned and adjusted once fitted to the bike by yourselves. I do bench synch them but they will still need to be vacuum synched when on the bike, also idle speed and possibly mixture screws will need to be "tweaked" once fitted. A fitting and set up service can be arranged but only within a 20 mile radius of Plymouth, or you bring the bike to me.

I think this covers everything but please feel free to ask me any questions and i am happy to just give you advice if you are having carb problems.

Regards,

Adrian
