Therefore all our trainers, coach more than they train, to bring the real-world examples into the classroom. Our trainers are ICF certified, ORSC Trained, and officially approved as Training from the BACK of the Room! trainers. In addition, all of our coaches are Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaches which means they have been assessed by their peers as experts in Agile Coaching and can also provide mentoring for aspiring CTCs and CECs on their coaching journeys as well. As far as we are aware no other provider comes close to this level of expertise.
