Maximising the use of available roof space with this 4.62kW Panasonic Solar array installed in Kempston, Bedfordshire. Most of the domestic solar PV installations we currently install are above the old 4kW 'limit', as products such as the high efficiency 330W Panasonic HIT solar modules enable much larger arrays to be installed, with greater annual performance and improved returns.
Increasing the solar PV capacity at a property in Hitchin. We installed an additional 8 330W Panasonic Solar PV array at the property after retrofitting a SolarEdge Technologies Inc. system to the existing 16 panel, 4kW array. The flexibility of the SolarEdge Technologies Inc. system allowed us to link two inverters together for communication and monitoring purposes, but have them wired and powering the property completely independently. The homeowner now has 6.64kW of total solar generating capacity, as well as the #TeslaPowerwall home battery system we installed earlier this year!

Efficiency was the name of the game in our latest solar PV install in Essex. This house now has ten 300W JA Solar Smart Modules with in-built SolarEdge Technologies Inc. optimisers, which maximise the energy output from every single panel. This was combined with a super-efficient SolarEdge HD wave inverter that is only one third of the size of a normal inverter, and an immersion controller that stores any excess solar energy as hot water.
And the best part for the homeowners is that they use the SolarEdge Monitoring app to track what energy they produce and use in real time, so they can really make the most of their solar generation. Fancy a cuppa? Only if the sun's shining!

Chris was on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire this morning, talking about our Tesla Powerwall install in St Neots - one of the first homes in the region to get one. The batteries make the most of the solar panels and electric vehicle.
